To change the network settings (IP Address etc) from the device control panel on the Konica C220/C280/C360/C224e/C284e/C364e/C454e/C554e/C654e.

Home > Utility > Administrator Settings > Enter Admin Password > Network Settings > IP Settings >IPV4 Settings > Press on Manual IP > Enter IP. 

Also Change Gateway and Subnet on this screen if required > OK
