Many users would prefer for their print job file names not to be displayed in the job logs as the files may be confidential.  While the files themselves cannot be viewed, it is possible, through the Job Logs, for users to view the names of the files printed and by who.

To restrict the file names from displaying in the job logs follow the procedure below:

Utility > Administrator Settings > Security Settings > Security Details > Personal Data Security Settings 

Set Display Settings to Mode 1

Set Public User Setting to Mode 1
